Nice article! I think that the most difficult thing is to get companies to know that working more is worse than doing it less.
More work means overwhelming workers doing bad work. In the long term this means that some work will take more time to do (because we are working on top of bad things), and probably, with more errors (which also needs to be fixed).
Also, if I’m bad and more work doesn’t mean more things, we need to think if is worth the free/enjoyable time of ourselves (or our employees) to accomplish more things.
